ASP.NET project slow loading in debug mode

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am using vs.net 2005 on this web app. when start the project in debug
mode, the IDE spenses 4-5 seconds to load one assembly. it happened before
but went away by itself. now it comes back again!!!


has anyone encountered this issus?
