Yes, I understand your situation and concern. I have tried to search all
the internal databases, but can not any record related with YourKit .Net
Profiler.

Based on the symptom, I think the root cause should be that YourKit .Net
Profiler uninstallation does not work properly with VS2005 IDE, which
caused Edit and Continue feature failed to work. It is hard for Microsoft
to troubleshoot such 3rd party issues, so I suggest you contact YourKit
support for this issue. As a 3rd party profiler provider, they should
ensure the product installation/uninstallation work well with VS2005.
