Is there a way to reinstall the debugging services for VS.NET? I've checked
my debugging options in VS and they are setup correctly. For some reason I've
got a feeling it has to do with have the .NET 2.0 on my machine with .NET 1.1.


Yes, it can be related. If you application loads .NET 2.0, VS2003 can behave
unpredictably:
