Problem debugging client-side scripting

Folks,
I'm in the middle of an asp.net project (implemented in VB.net 2003), and
for some reason, my ability to troubleshoot client-side scripts has
disappeared.
I am running against my local IIS, and my IE settings have not changed (I
inspected them ensuring that the disable debugging checkbox is not checked).
I can see my web page under Running Documents, bring up that document, and
click on the line I want to break on, and nothing.
I've asked around here, and other developers have discovered that they too
cannot debug client side scripts.
The first thing that comes to mind is: "What has changed in the past week?"
The only thing that comes to mind was a security hot-fix from MS, but that
seems to be grasping at straws.
Does anyone have an idea of what this could be (or how to debug the
debugger?)
Thanks in advance,
Buddy Robbins
