Unable to start debugging...

I've installed VS05 RC after VS2003 and I can't debug any ASP.NET project.

Unable to start debugging on the web server.

Here is the text in the output window:
Auto-attach to process '[636] aspnet_wp.exe' on machine '994DRC9' failed.
Error code 0x8013134b.

Can I attach to the process manually? If so, how do I differentiate ASP.NET
1.1 from 2.0?
