RE: Can not send to hotmail

If your .NET code can send email to some other destinations, then your code
is alright, and the debugging could not help in this case. You need to post
this problem to some other appropriate groups for help.(such as the smtp,
email, network specific groups).

By the way, AFAIK, some email system servers will do some reverse DNS check
while receiving mails, if they cannot confirm where exactly the incoming
emails from(e.g. not form the credential smtp server), then they will
refuse to accept those emails. So this may cause your problem...
