OK Amanzidan,

I got it, your VS2003 will hang when it runs all of the projects within the
IDE.

I checked our internal database and found such problem could caused by the
anti-virus program if it is incompatible with the VS.NET 2003. So does your
machine have any anti-virus program running while this problem occue, and
what's the CPU usage at that time?

If you just have an anti-virus program running on your machine, I suggest
you can try a clean-boot(without loading the anti-virus program) and then
use the VS.NET 2003 for test...
