Hi Jason,
Based on your description, I understand that you can not debug your web
application in Visual Studio .NET 2003 just after a security patch
installed to your Windows system, please let me know if I have
misunderstood anything.
Before we proceed, would you please tell me what is your machine's Windows
system and which is the security patch in question you mentioned?
We have a known issue to the Service Pack 1 of the Windows Server 2003,
installation of the Windows 2003's SP1 may cause the VS.NET 2003 unable to
debug web application. In this happens to be your situation, I suggest you
remove the SP1 to work around this problem.
