    Note the correct url is www.debuggingrules.com - it was late and I didn't
    check my own URL.

    I was asked on another group for more samples; the table of contents and the
    index is available on Amazon (usa, at least); just follow the link from
    www.debuggingrules.com and click on the picture of the cover for a
    description, then on "search this book" to get a view of the table of
    contents, chapter 1, and the index.
