Remote Debugging

I have set up a ASP.NET remote Web server running IIS. I am able to create
and run ASP.NET projects remotely, however debugging is another story which
leads to the error Message: "Access is denied. Verify that you are an
administrator or a member of the Debugger Users group on the machine you
are trying to debug..." I have am an administrator on the remote and local
machines and also in the debuggers group. Why is this happening? Any Ideas?
