Hello Bob
Could I please have the fix for this HP Duplex issue. I use x32 and x64
Vista machines, and my printer is an OJ7310. Your very kind. (I tke it
you can get my email from my profile?)
I have no access to your email, I read this via an NNTP reader. Send me an email at bobh at mvps dot org with Vista Duplex and the printer model in the subject line and I will send a patch.
Just 2 side notes, would it be worthwhile seomeone hosting this file for
download by other users?
I am working with HP (who owns the copyright on this) but it has not happened yet.
and.. I hava managed to make my OJ7310 work by replacing the driver
with the Deskjet 990c driver. I am not sure of the knock-on effects of
doing so though.
The 990 driver will work for text, not so well for photo's as it does not have any of the high quality or borderless settings.
The Deskjet 6500 series would be a better match, but the patch is better.
