You're right, I missed that in his/her last post. Well, it would seem that
the Windows Fax program just doesn't work well with her modem but the
Snappy Fax program is more compatible. So there's the answer. Either s/he
should use Snappy Fax or get a modem that is on Vista's compatible hardware
list. I think Snappy Fax is a better solution.
