OfficeJet k80xi print error after updating Vista 32bit OS

OfficeJet K80xi was working great before auto update of Vista installed.
Know get print error. Also, recent MS update for Hewlett Packard - Imaging,
Print - HP OfficeJet K80xi USB starts to install then stops and returns error
80070103.
Was on the phone with MS for 3 hours today and no luck. HP K80xi is supposed
to be supported with Vista's preloaded driver.
