Event Viewer 1600 Events! Since 6/9/08 WTF

These are just the 34 Criticals:
100 - Slow Boots - 14 "Events"
200 - Slow Shutdowns - 4 events
351 - Standby Monitoring - 1 event -
*FriendlyName*Default Hub Driver for USB
400 - System Performance Monitoring - 2 events
401 - System Performance Monitoring - 13 events - most due to Avast!
Anti-virus. One by SysInternals autorun.exe
Ummm...Seem like a LOT of Events to me, or
Am I being paranoid?
