I took another look at the Recovery partition of my PC. It is an
eMachine from Gateway.

These are the options which were that same on the disc.

Startup Repair
System Restore
Windows Complete PC Restore
Windows Memory Diagnostic ( Which we know doesn't function.)
Command Prompt
