Um, I think we're not on the same page here... I'm talking about WINDOWS
Explorer and NOT Internet Explorer....................so I don't see any
logical connection to your answer.

I have as well been experiencing the "Windows Explorer has stopped
working" message, thus I thought it'd perhaps have been more
to reply to one of these topics instead of opening a new one.viruses"
The problem I'm experiencing is that sometimes when I right-click on
whatever file (usually a .rar, .exe etc.) and select "Scan for
option by Kaspersky, that's when the Windows Explorer would crashand
