un-instal bits left behind and how to deleted that item?

Hi,

Toshiba laptop with MS vista home premium.

On the un-instal or change a program site, there is only a line " Norton PartitionMagic 8.0" It cannot be deleted or un-installen as the rest of the program is not there anymore.

Any suggestions?
