You could also try running sfc /scannow at the command prompt.- Find your command prompt in the start menu, usually under
- Right click it and select "Run as Administrator."
- At the command prompt type:
> > >
Press enter and let it do its job.

-I tried the above procedure...It says "Windows resource Protection
found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them". What can i do
to get rid of these files?
