Can't get my Vista Machine to netgwork with an XP Machine

Hi,
I have two desktop computers. Both are Dells and one is a Visita Machine and the second is a XP machine. My Vista machine can see the XP machine but the XP machine can't see the Vista machine. Got any suggestions?
