Seen this question all over the internet, and haven't come across a
solution so thought I'd post a reply.
I've just found a solution that appears to work.
Go to Control Panel, and disable Offline Files. Restart.
Take ownership of C:\Windows\CSC (or wherever your Offline Folders
store is located).
Delete C:\Windows\CSC (or wherever your Offline Folders store is
located).
Go to Control Panel, enable Offline Files. Restart.
Re-setup your syncs.
