At least once a day my I notice all my network applications like Skype, GTalk
etc are trying to login again and I can't reach the internet with IE. When I
look at Network Sharing Center instead of the usual Home (private) network I
now have that and another Unknown Network, or only the Unknown Network shown.
If I reboot I get just the Home network showing and everything works again.
Sometimes I can disable the local area network adapter and re-enable it and
the connection stays up for a while. Other times trying to disable lan
adapter gives perpetual hourglass. Can anyone shed some light on this? I was
hoping not to have to reboot so often.
