I can receive but not send. Each time I try to send it keeps trying to
dial-up first. I do not have dial-up.
Go to the Tools Menu>Accounts>select your account>Properties button>Connections tab, remove the check mark from "Always connect using", Apply>OK.
WM will now use any available connection.
