i have a friend who is having a few problems with their new laptop running
windows 7 ,(i am running vista home premium)it would appear to be a simple
internet options issue which i have said i would do for her via remote
assistance as she doesn't know anything about computers ,the problem whenever
i try to enter the password it gets rejected as the wrong password ,having
googled this issue it would appear to be a known bug but can't find any
solutions does anyone know of a solution

we are using Messenger to connect as that is all she is familiar with
