problem using windows mail

I am having a problem using POP3 and SMTP set up.
Some times I need to use a website email t respond but getting too may error messages
and unable to remove those as well.
I prefer using my regular email gerdabrook@xxxxxxx I am familiar with but cannot with a
website response email.
What can I do?
