If you look at http://support.dnihost.net/email/oe-errors/800ccc0e/ you can
get some ideas about the error.

Often when you get an error with a certain errror code like x'800CCC0E, the
easyest thing is to search for the code in Google.

Hi everyone

can somebody help me please? if i am at home on the wireless network
emails are ok but when i use "o2" or "3" mobile broardband i can't send
an email, reception is fine.

i get the following error messages:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject '', Account:
'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
