Re: Cannot get Mail to Download

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

You are the one asking for help. The problem description was insufficient, so Gary requested further information by asking you to "right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here". Gary has provided those instructions many times in the past, probably hundreds of times. Most people do not have a problem complying.

You won't get help until you supply more specific information. It is not because people are being difficult, it is because there is not sufficient information. You are causing people to spend time asking for clarification instead of providing something useful for you.

People that sincerely want to help sometimes get frustrated with people that ask vague questions, and when they ignore requests for additional information, it can be very frustrating. The best response is to not take it personally but do make more of an effort to help others help you.

There is no need for you to be an ass. If you have nothing helpful to say
keep your comments to yourself!

Which part of:

"If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply
here".

Did you need explaining again?
