RE: "some of the files could not be found"

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am trying to send the contents of two separate files. One is letter #1; &
the other is letter #2. I've created two attachments for one e-mail.
Also, I have both attached files opened & minimized. They are in different
sections. One is in Documents: while the other is in Word. Could this be the
problem? Maybe I should send two separate e-mails. Then in the future, I
will combine both compositions; & be better prepared in the future. Thank
you.

Hi there,

I am trying to send a word file that contains song lyrics to a member of my
band. I am using Vista and Office Home & Student 2007 and each time I try and
attach the file it states that

'Some of the files could not be found, and could not be attached to the
message. Would you like to send the message anyway?'

Could somebody spread some light on this for me please. I am not using
office for a commercial purpose at all

Paul
