You're not even close to having your AOL account configured in Windows Mail correctly. See Dave's reply.

I do not have an account with ATNT, and I can log on to get the correct
outgoing port, Im using 465 because someone else asked a similar question
and thats what the helper told them, or so I hear. I turned on the
verification thing, so now what?
