synchronistaion contacts WLMail / WMail

Bonjour.

Does somebody know how to synchronize WLiveMail contacts with Windows contacts, without going through "export" then "import" ?
IPhone synchronize with Windows Contacts (used by Windows Mail), but not with Windows Live Mail contacts. But WLM is much more useful than WMail, so that Windows contacts are far from being updated...
To synchronize with my Iphone, I export WLM contacts, then import them into W contacts, then synchronize with Iphone: this is quite heavy...

Is there a way to have an "automatic" synchronization or copy of WM contacts to W contacts ?
