It took about 30 seconds to find the below info on the Verizon website
http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp

Mail server settings :
Incoming mail server (POP3): incoming.verizon.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): outgoing.verizon.net
Your Verizon Online user name
Your Verizon Online password

If you don't know your user name or password, you will have to call Verizon
and ask them to assist with that info. They can also tell you exactly where
to enter the information.
