Wrong server name, wrong port.
Assuming you have Yahoo's premium "Mail Plus" service:

use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

after reading the many threads already with this problem. I have realized.
