You need to follow the specific instructions to access YOUR email account, not someone else's.

I have recieved the same error message. I made the corrections give by

You should go to your Outlook tools, accounts, then change and then
more settings and then tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
autenthication".
Check the radio button "log on using" then type your email (full email)
then the email account password. It should resolve your problem.
