Re: cannot send mail

These are both Canadian Bell Canada Sympatico accounts.(Sympatico uses different pop and smtp addresses depending on location in country) Disable your email scanning by your Anti Virus by deleting the AV and then re-installing it without the email integration (scanning). When done try the email. Post back with result. DO NOT just disable the scanning feature but do as I posted above because just using disable will not always work..
