Some email messages can't be sent

For a week or more now, I have been unable to send certain email
replies. Examples are forwarding a suspicious email to Ebay, or
responding to a survey from a company about customer service. It seems
they all have html or graphics of some sort. When they are in the
outbox, they also do not allow me to send any other messages. I have
learned to move them to drafts so I can send my other messages. Here is
my error code.
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Customer Issue [Incident:
090323-001040]', Account: 'mail.mw.centurytel.net', Server:
'smtpauth.centurytel.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1
n2NLYVd5002616 This message does not comply with required standards.',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69
Thanks for any suggestions you can offer, and just a warning, I am so
not geeky.
