Help: I cannot receive email from one of my family members. I even
deleted
all the junk email senders that I had entered and I even put him on my
Safe
List, but I still can't received his email.
I called Cox Communications and they said it's not their problem. Can
anyone tell me what else I can to to try and receive email from my sister?
Send an email to your sister, and verify that she recives it. If you like,
doublecheck using a Read Receipt. Then, have her simply reply to that
message - just click reply, type a few letters, then send.
It's possible that she simply has your email address wrong. The process
above should help verify this.
