Can someone please tell me how to print address lists INCLUDING the email
addresses for each person in the address list?
Many thanks

Export the list as a "cvs" (comma separated value) file and open this file in any spreadsheet program.
Then format the list as you would like and print.
This will take care of both of your posts.
