Cannot receive or send email



Hi, I have Windows Vista and until this morning was receiving and sending
emails fine. Now I am not able to send or receive messages. I receive the
following error message on my laptop:
Account: 'Comcast online', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC15.
I disabled the security scanning of incoming and outgoing messages and this
did not work.
I can view my messages through Outlook on my desktop but not on my laptop.
Any help would be appreciated.
