I have very weird problems on Windows mail. I'll try and be as thorough as
I can about it.

This computer came with Vista, I didn't upgrade from another OS.
It came with 2 GB of Ram and I updated it to 4 GB - so resources are fine
I have tried to shut the Antivirus and Firewalls down to correct the
problem I have all of my settings on send and receiving mail all correct.
I have deactivated all spam filters for a time

Ok, now, here we go:

When I try and send mail to some places, sometimes the receiver gets it and
sometimes not, I have checked this and it can be the same person that will
sometimes get it and sometimes not. No errors on send or anything, they just
don't get it. They will get one email from me and not the next..... it's
sporatic.

When I click on reply or compose an email, the email program, Windows Mail,
will lag sometimes up to a full minute before it releases where I can type
my message in the window..... almost like it is working overtime to just
open it up where I can type, but I check my pc usage on resources and
don't see anything that could or would cause this.

It is a brand new computer with an upgrade to 4GB of Ram, so I know it has
all the resources it needs. And the freaky thing is, I don't ever know if
the recipient is getting my mails or not unless it is someone I know and
can ask personally if they got it, via phone or chat method....... I just
can't tell who gets my mail and who does not or when it happens unless,
like I said, I know them personally and can ask them outside of email.

Do any of you know how to fix this or have had this problem?
