I haven't had any problems with Windows Mail since I got my new computer in
February. I am running Vista Home Premium.
Early Sunday morning I could send e-mail, but then in the afternoon I
couldn't.
The Error Message I get is:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Re: hello ladies!', Account:
'mail.charter.net', Server: 'mail.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '421 Service not available', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

I have called my ISP, everything is set right. I even went to the lengths
of calling Microsoft (they wanted me to pay $59!), Gateway, and the Geek
Squad.
No one could help me.
