trouble setting up outlook express account

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am trying to set up my outlook express email account for the first time but
keep getting an error message. The host 'verizon' could not be found. Please
verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'verizon', Server: 'verizon', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D. I guess Im
not even sure what outlook wants when it asks for incoming mail server or
outgoing email server. Can't seem to find the info I need on the verizon
page. thanx in advance for any help.
