I changed the outgoing port to 587 per Gary and I also checked 'Server
requires authenication'. I received this new error message. The message
could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your
outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help,
search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems
sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server
settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'spam@xxxxxxx (Reporting Spam)'. Subject
'Fw: [Norton AntiSpam] IMPORTANT : Security Message', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.1.1 <spam@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> recipient invalid domain',
Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Do you get the same error message regardless of who the recipient is?
I checked that recipient email address and it is valid.
Was your Internet connection being supplied by TELUS when you got that
error message, or were you on a laptop away from home?
