Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question.
The newsgroup convention requires quoting of what went before
because it is not a one-to-one communications method like email,
it is one-to-many. Even though you may think you are the only
person in the world with this particular (Firefox) issue, that is not
likely to be the case. You are welcome to stop reading when you
get to the quoted part.

Is it likely to cause any problems, considering that I have no trouble
at all opening shortcuts in Firefox from within WLM? From what I've
heard, this issue is due to a specific clash between Hotmail and
Firefox.
I'd rather not have quotations doubling the length of this thread,
since I have visual problems and the more text there is to plough
through, the harder it is for me to read. So while I realise that it's
customary in some fora, I'd appreciate it if you would refrain from
quoting my replies in this thread, at least for the time being since no
one else is partipating and thus there's no need to show who we're
responding to.
