Deleting SPAM emails

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Seems there should be a way to filter spam/junk emails or identities in order
to delete them at the same time. Is a very LONG slow way to go when there are
32 delivered at one time and all are not worth getting once let alone several
times a day.
