Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox

Make sure you update to Vista SP1 and also make sure you don't have any antivirus software set to scan email. Then see if that resolves the issues.

I am having the exact same problem. I deleted the files in the outbox, ran
the utility.. got the db error. Erased the message store and made sure that
winmail was not running in task manager and got the same message.

Was this ever resolved or should I just make a new account?
