connect

I bought a new laptop and now I'm trying to install my former outlookadress. I can't receive nor send messages though.
This is the message I get:
Kan de host POP3 niet vinden. Controleer of u de naam van de server juist hebt opgegeven.
Account: 'POP3 (1)', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Poort: 110, Beveiligd(SSL): Nee, Socket-fout: 11001, Foutnummer: 0x800CCC0D

What can I do to solve this problem?
