DO NOT change your port settings or any other mail server settings
unless specifically advised to do so by your ISP or a competent tech.
Each mail server has its own set of settings, and you can't 'borrow'
somebody else's settings.
Your SMTP server name should be smtp.att.yahoo.com instead of
smtp.att.yahooo.com. The port for the outgoing server should be
465 instead of 80. The complete settings are shown here:

If you still get an error message after correcting your settings, post
a copy of that error message here.
