Usually. If this is a POP account, you'll need to enable the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option so both can download all messages. Otherwise, the first computer to connect will get all the messages. You also need to set one of the two (makes no difference which) to "Delete mail from server after (xx) days". If you have an IMAP account, none of that will be necessary since all mail is kept on the server and not downloaded.

I have outlook on my XP desk PC and Win Mail on laptop Vista can I use both
programs at same time. Open and read and send in both formats?
