The error message you provided is a receive error, not a send error.
"POP3" is not a valid mail server name. You get the correct mail server
names from your email service provider. They will typically have a web
page with that information. If you need help finding that, tell us who your
email provider is.

I am having trouble sending any emails. Anytime I try I get this message.
The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Does anyone have any tips on what I can do?
Thanks
