The problem is not with Windows Mail but with your account on the
university's mail server.
You would have to ask those questions from the university's email support
department.

Hi i just went off the university and in order to use windows mail with there
internet... i have to go through there mailing server... so, i have nice
little instructions from the university, but it requires your username to be
the characters before the @ sign in ur email address. (ex.
yourid@xxxxxxxxxxxx, your username would be yourid). My username has always
