I have Freeserve email address but use Windows Mail, I occasionally log on
to webmail on the orange website to check the spam filter but I have found
some emails get left in the inbox that are neither marked as spam or when I
check emails on WM it does not pick them up, so I have to delete them or
access them on the webmail page. I do not have the option to leave mail on
server checked so I am a little confused as to why WM does not pick up
these emails, it's as though they do not exist except when logged onto
orange webmail, I hope I've explained problem ok, any ideas?,
Phil
Please be clear about when you're talking about your ISP' spam filter and
when you're talking about the WinMail's.
Does "doesn't pick them up" mean doesn't receive them or doesn't identify
them as spam?
